Refund policy

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-based returns.

If your item is eligible, we may offer an exchange or store credit provided that:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

Please note:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos and a description of the issue.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, if an item is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.
In these cases, return postage will be covered by us.

 

 

Sale Items

Unless faulty, sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (for faulty or incorrect items)
